of the fort.The temple is dedicated to Goddess Kali, the symbol of
power and valour.It was built by Rana Hamir.The temple was
constructed on a large raised plinth and features beautiful carvings
and sculptures of the exterior and the mandap.

Meerabai Temple : The temple is dedicated to the
mystic poetess Meera, and a devotee of Lord Krishna.The temple where
Meerabai worshipped Lord Krishna is built in north Indian style on a
raised plinth with a conical roof and beautiful inner sanctum. An
open colonnade around the sanctum has four small pavilions in each
corner.

Padmini’s Palace : Built beside a large pool with a
pavilion in its centre. Legend relates that, as Padmini sat in this
pavilion. Ala-ud-din was permitted to see her reflection in a mirror
in the palace. This glimpse was the spark that convinced him to
